At Grahams Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request an Authorization

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Items

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original certification and paperwork.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
